On March 29th, 2019, in Webster, NY, at a local gym where fate quietly worked its magic. For three days in a row, a hardworking pool boy and a full-time blonde waitress unknowingly parked their vehicles side-by-side. His rugged work truck. Her fire-red Jeep Wrangler. It may have looked like coincidence, but it was God's gentle nudge, weaving our paths together. On the third day, after separate workouts, they happened to walk out at the same time... and everything changed.
A casual conversation sparked between them. They exchanged names, shared a moment, and from that day on, something deeper began to grow. The very next day, they met for their first date at Jeremiah’s Tavern. Joe was intense - unfiltered, driven, and unapologetically himself. Jessica, sweet and slightly guarded, couldn't help falling for his voice, his grit, his magnetism, and his unwavering work ethic, and of course - good looks.
From that moment on, they were inseparable. Constant texts and calls turned into gym sessions, last-minute dinner dates, bonfires, motorcycle rides, boat nights on the water, off-roading adventures, road trips to the Adirondacks, and quiet moments spent fixing up trucks and talking about life. Even when busy work schedules pulled them in separate directions, they stayed deeply connected—sometimes with more than 10 phone calls a day just to hear each other's voice and stay close.
Dating Joe came with its own pace. He drives through life the way he drives his truck—fast, focused, and full of fuel. Jessica never asked him to slow down, not even when he treated every vehicle like it was built for the racetrack. She knew that was simply how he chased purpose—and she loved him for it. She simply hoped for time together wherever it could fit and Joe made sure she felt chosen, every time. Time together wasn't always plentiful—but it was intentional, cherished, and never taken for granted.
On August 13th, 2021, Joe dropped to one knee and asked Jessica to be his wife. She was so stunned—but then gave the clearest, most heartfelt yes of her life.
Not long after, life took an unexpected turn. Jessica’s nursing path was rerouted due to restrictions. The change was frustrating at first, but over time, it became clear that something greater was unfolding- God had better plans—one that brought Jessica into Joe’s business, into a new partnership, and calling they didn't see coming. In 2022, Jessica had joined Joe’s pool and excavation business as a full-time office manager, and a whole new chapter began. Their partnership grew deeper and stronger overtime. They learned how to lean into each other’s strengths—how to build something lasting, both professionally and personally. Where one struggles, the other shows up. Where one dreams, the other builds. Side by side, they rise and fall together as a team.
On June 23rd, 2023, Jessica lost her beloved mother. Just a few months later, on September 12th, Joe lost his devoted father. Those losses shaped their hearts in new ways, deepened their connection, and reminded them what it means to carry love forward. Their parents live on in everything they build and every promise they keep.
Together, they’ve survived long working hours and seasons, the challenges of nursing school, bodybuilding competition prep, deep loss of their parents, the steep climb of entrepreneurship, and long 4-year engagement! And through it all, they've built a bond rooted in loyalty, laughter, and unwavering love. When Joe feels the weight of the world, Jessica is there to help him exhale. When Jessica needs clarity, Joe brings perspective grounded in truth, and experience.
Today, they live in Nashville, TN, alongside their two dogs—Remi (Daddy’s little angel) and Brody (the lovable "crackhead")—Jessica became the calm after Joe’s long, demanding days. They work together in real estate investments, flips and rentals. Joe still travels to Rochester for work, but their love doesn’t waver. They’ve learned that no matter where they are, they are each other’s person— best friends in life.
And now, FINALLY, after every twist, turn, and mile traveled together, we're finally arriving at the most meaningful finish line of all—forever. This isn’t just a celebration of our love; it’s the final lap before we take on life side by side, hand in hand, as husband and wife.
From Webster to Nashville, from late-night calls to sunrise boat rides, from building dreams to holding each other through loss—we’ve raced through it all. Not for speed, but for purpose. Not for trophies, but for truth.
And on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, we cross that line—two souls, one story, and a lifetime ahead.
Thank you all for being part of our race to love.
Buckle up.
The best ride has only just begun. 🧡
