We’re so excited to celebrate this beautiful chapter with you. To help everything run smoothly and ensure everyone feels safe, respected, and cared for, we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind.

By accessing this site and submitting your RSVP, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:

I. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification.

By attending, you’re doing so at your own discretion. We’ve taken great care to create a joyful and safe space, and we trust you’ll look after yourself and others with the same care.

Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the wedding celebration. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss. Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the bride and groom, their families, the venue, and affiliated vendors from any claims or legal actions arising from participation in the event.

II. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies.

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we need your help to plan ahead.

Guests are responsible for notifying the couple of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of RSVP. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, the couple and venue assume no liability for uncommunicated or unmanageable dietary needs.

III. Photography & Media Consent.

Guests consent to being photographed and/or recorded during the event and grant the couple and their representatives the right to use such media for personal, social, or commemorative purposes.

Note: Our ceremony will be unplugged—no phones, cameras, or recording devices, please. We want everyone to be fully present as we exchange our vows. Don’t worry, our photographers will capture it all beautifully!

IV. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities.

Celebrate with Grace. Please treat everyone—guests, staff, and vendors—with kindness. Drink responsibly, enjoy the night, and make sure you’ve arranged safe transportation to and from the venue.

The celebration ends at 11:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you take all personal belongings with you when you leave.

Guests agree to:

Treat all individuals, including staff and vendors, with respect

Drink responsibly and avoid disruptive behavior

Arrange and fund their own transportation to and from the venue

Depart by the official venue closure time of 11:00 PM

Keep track of personal belongings; the couple, venue, and vendors are not responsible for items left behind

V. Defamation & Public Commentary.

Speak & share love. To honor the spirit of this celebration, we kindly ask all guests to refrain from making or sharing any false, misleading, or harmful statements—whether spoken, written, or posted online—about the couple, their families, vendors, or the event itself. This includes but is not limited to public comments, social media posts, or reviews that could damage reputations or misrepresent the experience.

We believe in transparency, grace, and good faith. This day is a demonstration of our commitment to love with each other and Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. If you have concerns or feedback, we welcome direct communication so that any issues can be addressed respectfully and privately.

By attending, you agree to uphold this standard of integrity and kindness. Let’s keep the focus on love, laughter, and the joy of being together. This day means the world to us, and we hope it will be a positive and joyful memory for us all.

VI. RSVP Agreement.

Please RSVP by October 1st, 2025.

If your plans change within 30 days of the wedding, let us know by calling or texting the Bride, Jessica at (585) 260-5336.

Your thoughtfulness helps us make sure everything runs smoothly.

By submitting an RSVP, guests confirm:

Their intent to attend.

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Communication of any dietary needs.

Agreement to notify the couple of any change in attendance within 30 days of the event.

RSVP deadline is October 1st, 2025, changes to RSVP are accepted no later than October 15th, 2025.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change. Updates will be posted on this page.
